All digitally transmitted products purchased from Institute of Awakened Mutuality, including audio or video downloads or streaming media, downloaded articles, essays, e-books will be replaced if defective. There are no refunds given for for these products.

Refunds and cancellation policies for in-person courses and retreats will be found on the page of each event announcement.
