I felt an okayness AND I was feeling my emotions more powerful and fully than I ever had in my life. That was such a gift. I felt like I am really alive now, I’m really living life; I’m not just escaping life. I can have that sense of peace right in the mix of dancing in the fire of life.
Great Relief
My heart was blown wide open. The Love I felt for the others in the room was unlimited. I looked into each of their eyes and felt their pain. I felt their pain of being here in a body. As I looked at them waves of sobbing overcame me. Their pain was my pain. There was no feeling of separation.
