ADMINISTRATIVE CORE STAFF

The Administrative Core Staff are the co-founders of IAM, and the individuals who bring their dedication and caring to create and grow our offerings to the world.

It has been my pleasure to be associated with the work of Waking Down in Mutuality since 1999. As a result of that association and participation as a student, volunteer, mentor, and now as a teacher, my life has been irrevocably changed. I have seen many others come forward to find a new ground in their lives, bringing them more present as the divine human we each are.

In 2005, I was one of four that birthed the Institute of Awakened Mutuality, as the school of Waking Down in Mutuality. It is our mission and our pleasure to bring the Waking Down teaching to you, in answer to the call of being. Our world is crying out for real human beings, those who hunger to be fully present at the intersection of spirit and matter. We are here to assist you as you find your way.

As Execuive Director, I want to honor the persistence and dedication of the Core Staff, Deborah Boyar, Hillary Davis, and Krishna Gauci. It has been my privilege to work with them to bring IAM to life, and to bring this profound work to so many people.

We all look forward to the ways in which we may assist many more people to come home to themselves, and the ways in which they will bring their gifts to their families, friends, and the world.

I am here to to assist in your arrival, and invite you to make use of what we offer.

Blessings,
Ron

DeborahBoyar(small).jpgHillary, Krishna, Ron, and I stepped forward together as co-founders of IAM in 2005.  We’ve taken our mission very much to heart.  After establishing a strong foundation in mutuality within our team, we invited a terrific group of Board members to help guide us in manifesting our vision.  With their steady support, we’ve taken steps to embody greater professionalism and efficiency in the creation and delivery of our courses, and in generating strong infrastructures of support for students and mentors.  We’re especially proud that we’ve continued to offer the annual Waking Down Transfiguration Retreat, which is a community tradition established nearly 15 years ago through Ma Tam Temple of Being.  Our current growing edge is to sustain the heart of our unique offering while expanding our reach.  I derive tremendous joy and a sense of accomplishment from working with my dear friends in this special team.

My own involvement with Waking Down in Mutuality began in 1998; I quickly fell in love with the community, and knew I had found my spiritual and human home.  The work has deeply transformed my life, and continues to catalyze profound openings.  I feel very honored to now be in a position to help make that possible for others through my leadership role in our Institute.

Hillary08“Hillary Davis unites in her being such extreme poles of transcendental bliss, at one ‘end,’ and deep psychological familiarity with the depths of human devastation and suffering at the other, that her very presence is a benediction to everyone who truly encounters her. Anyone can benefit from her darshan and her good counsel and healing touch. I especially recommend her to those who know they are shattered or in deep distress and still also dare to aspire to fundamental divine awakeness. In many ways, Hillary can help you both heal and stand free, liberated and yet ever growing and evolving. She is one of the treasures of the Waking Down Community.”

Krishna Gauci“Krishna Gauci is a talented Teacher of the Waking Down in Mutuality process. I am especially pleased to have someone present our work who had previously entered into a profound realization of the Self through the Advaita tradition. Krishna has come into a clear and vibrant awakening, transmission, and teaching capacity in our deep-feeling embodiment and mutual exploration of that same Self. I heartily recommend his services, including the Waking Down teachings and events and his own personal offerings.”
