    Pat Keating Pat Keating – President
    Pat works at Cisco as Director of Leadership and Employee Development. Prior to his work at Cisco, Pat served on the faculty at San Jose State in the School of Business.
    Pat has been involved with the Waking Down work since 2002. He holds the teaching, the teachers, and the community in great regard for its integrity and commitment to helping each individual find the means of her or his own realization. The Mystery of Mutuality!

    jean Jean Marchand – Treasurer
    Jean recently retired as a Director and Investment advisor with a National Canadian Investment firm after 31 years. Too young to just play golf and ice hockey, his favorite sports, he was recruited to work as a Managing Director of Acorn Global Investments where he is responsible for business development.
    Jean became involved in Waking Down in 1999 and was certified as a Waking Down Teacher in 2001. He is an active member of the Waking Down Teachers Association and teaches part time.

    gayatri Gayatri Margaret Schilberg – Secretary
    Gayatri has three degrees in economics and is currently an economist, consumer advocate and expert witness in utility cases. She has also been a real estate investor since 1990, focusing on single family rental homes.
    Gayatri has been involved with the Waking Down work since 1998, and is committed to making it available to more people.

    David Mitchell
    David lives in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is the father of three children. He is a professional jazz saxophonist and music teacher, and runs Youth in Jazz, a non-profit music education organization. In a former professional life, David started and ran an Inc. 500 computer consulting company for 13 years.
    David has been involved with Waking Down since 2006 and is very grateful for the positive changes that Waking Down has brought about in his life. He is also an active student and practitioner of bodily-based Tibetan Buddhism.

    Heather Larkin
    Following seven years of full-time practice as a licensed clinical social worker, Heather obtained her doctoral degree. She teaches master’s of social work students and integrates research to inform social service agencies implementing “Restorative Integral Support.”
    After joining Integral Institute in 2004, Heather discovered that Waking Down in Mutuality (WDM) offers a practical, down-to-earth, and embodied Integral experience. Recognizing that this community-based approach complements and enhances existing spiritual traditions, she seeks to increase accessibility and empower people from all walks of life.
